1. Service Use
SIM cards supplied by us are intended solely for use within compatible GSM intercom, gate entry, access control, or related communication systems.
SIM cards must not be used:
- •In mobile phones, tablets, routers, or consumer devices
- •For bulk messaging, marketing, or non-intercom communications
- •For unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activities
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service where misuse is identified.
2. Pricing & Billing
All prices are subject to VAT where applicable.
Monthly or annual packages are billed in advance unless otherwise agreed.
Prices may change due to inflation, supplier costs, or network provider increases.
Customers will be given reasonable notice of pricing changes where applicable.
3. Network Availability
Service is dependent on third-party GSM mobile network operators.
We cannot guarantee:
- •Continuous signal coverage
- •Uninterrupted service
- •Network availability in all locations
Temporary outages, maintenance, congestion, or external network faults may affect performance.
4. Cancellation
A minimum of 30 days' notice is required for cancellation.
Any outstanding balances must be settled before termination of service.
SIM cards may be deactivated immediately upon cancellation or non-payment.
5. Replacement SIMs
Replacement SIM cards may incur an administration or replacement fee.
Customers must notify us promptly if a SIM card is lost, stolen, damaged, or suspected of unauthorised use.
6. Suspension of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services where:
Payments remain overdue
SIM cards are misused
Excessive or abnormal usage is detected
These Terms & Conditions are breached
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
Ensuring equipment compatibility
Maintaining suitable power and signal conditions
Correct installation and maintenance of intercom equipment
Protecting account and SIM information from unauthorised access
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or financial loss arising from the use or inability to use the service.
We are not responsible for losses caused by mobile network outages, weak signal coverage, equipment failure, power interruption, vandalism, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Our total liability in relation to any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected service during the previous 3 months.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
9. Data Protection
Customer information will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and used only for the provision and support of our services.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website.
